HISWA in-water 2016 attracts more visitors

For many boating enthusiasts it is THE highlight of the year: the HISWA in-water. The 2016 edition is unfortunately over and ended on a positive note last night. There were significantly more visitors than last year (more than 17% more) and the exhibitors indicated that they have a good feeling about the results that the event will bring them.

The visitors were interested in the offer and some already made a purchase during the event. The weather cooperated well, but the organization's new activity program also proved to be a success factor. The boat show also offered more firsts in the field of technology, design and water sports than in previous years.

In addition to being the most visited boat show in the Netherlands, the HISWA te water is also an important stage in Europe for Dutch and foreign yacht builders. Every year, hundreds of exhibitors present about 300 new boats of various sizes. Suppliers of maritime and lifestyle products present their goods on the quay. All kinds of activities take place on and around the water for both novice and experienced water sports enthusiasts.

The next edition of the HISWA in-water will take place from Tuesday 29 August to 3 September 2017 in the Amsterdam Marina at the NDSM wharf in Amsterdam-Noord.
